Per the Ministry’s obligation to remember everything it can no longer locate, a folder recovered from the dissolved Bureau of Recurring Counts has been unsealed and added to the public Archive.

The folder contained the surviving records of the Annual Moth Survey, a count that ran for an unknown number of years toward an unstated objective. No findings were published. No moths were available for comment. The commemorative garment (Issued Garment 012-A) outlived the survey and is reproduced in the Archive for reference.

The Bureau itself was folded into an office that does not count anything. That office has confirmed it has nothing to report, which it considers proof the arrangement is working.
