Commemorative Print: Form 99-B

A print honouring Form 99-B, the form required to request the form required to withdraw a request. It was completed correctly on at least one occasion, an event the Bureau of Forms & Submissions still cites in training.

The form was withdrawn after a review found it could only be submitted by first submitting it. Reproduced for the Archive in tribute to everyone who reached the final field. The field was optional. It always had been.
