Description
A wristwatch that loses eleven minutes a day and has never been wound. It was returned to the Ministry on two separate occasions by members of staff who could not account for having it, and who declined to keep it a third time.
It is set once on intake and not adjusted thereafter. The eleven minutes are not corrected. They are recorded.
