The caption reads NO REFUNDS. The illustration is a dolphin smoking a pipe. The two were requisitioned separately and paired by serial position; the policy is the Ministry’s, the pipe is the dolphin’s, and the connection ends there.

The position is final. The dolphin appears to have made peace with this some time ago and is now simply waiting for everyone else to.

  • Machine wash cold. The policy survives laundering. The pipe is decorative.
