The caption reads STAY LIQUID. The illustration is a single frankfurter in a raincoat, weather-resistant, in conditions of mild emotional distress. The two were requisitioned separately and paired by serial position. The frankfurter did not request the caption. The caption was already printed.

Originally drawn for the Emotional Support Division during a period the Ministry no longer comments on, the illustration outlived its department and was folded into the Identification & Morale Program for redistribution. The frankfurter is not in danger. The frankfurter is simply aware of certain things.
