Description
The illustration depicts a footed sundae glass heaped with ice cream, wafer, whipped cream and a cherry. A skier in cold-weather kit descends the melting face, poles planted, throwing up a small spray of sauce at the turn.
A winter descent has been staged on a serving of ice cream. Skier and sundae are of irreconcilable proportion, and no gradient of the sort implied has been surveyed or approved. The Office records the run and declines to groom the piste.
