Description
The illustration depicts a bicorne-hatted officer in a decorated coat, epaulettes and tall boots, one hand behind his back. In the other he holds a wire hanger bearing a jacket sheathed in a clear plastic cover. A tag on the cover reads DRY CLEANING.
