Description

The illustration depicts a horned owl perched atop the dome of a snow-block igloo, its talons set on the crown of the structure, with a low arched entrance and a plain expanse of snow surrounding it.

The Office records a woodland raptor stationed on a polar-habitat dwelling outside its filed range. It has claimed the summit without lease. The discrepancy is logged as encountered; the specimen was left in place and no tenancy was assigned.

Handling Notes

  • Machine wash cold. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron on reverse only.
  • The specimen roosted on the snow structure. Occupancy of the interior was not confirmed.
