Description
The illustration depicts a single sushi roll laid out as an excavation site. Three tracked diggers work its cut end, their buckets tearing into the rice and filling, while a hard-hatted foreman with a clipboard and a colleague direct the operation from the spilled grains below.
Heavy plant has been assigned to one piece of maki. Excavators and roll are of irreconcilable proportion, and the mass under extraction plainly exceeds any portion on file. The Office records the works and issues no permit.
