Description
The illustration depicts a single chocolate-chip cookie treated as a stretch of roadway. Three workers in hard hats and ear defenders drive pneumatic breakers into its surface, cracking the crumb around the embedded chips and scattering broken pieces to the verges.
A demolition crew has been set to work on one biscuit. Operatives and cookie are of irreconcilable proportion, and the surface under breaking exceeds any serving on file. The Office records the demolition and orders no reinstatement.
