Description
The illustration depicts a stand of broccoli rendered as mature timber. A lumberjack in a checked shirt swings an axe at the trunk of one head, a felled stump already beside him, while further florets recede into the distance as a forest of comparable trees.
A single vegetable has been logged as woodland. Woodcutter and produce are of irreconcilable proportion, and the canopy shown exceeds any portion on file. The Office records the felling and grants no replanting order.
