Description
The illustration depicts a round waffle treated as a walled maze. Several children clamber over its ridges and peer into the deep square pockets, while a pat of melting butter sits in one recess and syrup pours in glassy sheets over the outer edge to the ground below.
A serving of breakfast has been navigated as a climbing structure. Climbers and waffle are of irreconcilable proportion, and the grid they traverse exceeds any serving on file. The Office records the ascent and leaves the pockets unsurveyed.
